The 2024 SCF VIP dinner serves as a show of gratitude to our wonderful sponsors who help make the Sherman Celtic Festival a success this year. In addition, the dinner serves as a fundraiser event in support of the Texoma Society of CELTS, a non-profit organization committed to preserving, promoting, and celebrating Celtic culture through educational events, music and art, and community involvement.
The talent and the menu
This year's VIP dinner will be prepared by the professional staff from the Grayson Culinary Arts School, lead by head chef Joanna Bryant. THe menu for this year's dinner consists of the following:
Celtic charcuterie board - (House made corned beef and sausages, cheese, condiments)
Cock-a-leekie soup - carmalized onions and leek, roasted chicken, vegetables
Beef short rib braised in Guiness, colcannon, roasted parsnips and carrots
Ecclefechan tart - raisin and walnut
Drink menu to be determined
