About Us:

The Sherman Pipes and Drums was founded in July of 2014. The mission of the band is to honor the lives and memories of our fallen brothers and sisters and to promote camaraderie and unity among the members of Sherman’s emergency services. The bagpipes have a long standing traditional role in both the fire and police services throughout the world. In addition to honoring our fallen and their families, the Sherman Police and Fire Pipes and Drums exists to serve the community of Sherman and the greater Texoma area by participating in special events, parades, cultural activities and educational exhibits through the music and traditions of the Great Highland Bagpipes and Drums.
